Please read terms of service carefully before making the decision.

By summit a commission request. You are hereby accepted my terms and condition.

Rights and Use

  • Commissions price appear on this website is for PERSONAL USE/ NON-COMMERCIAL only

  • Using my artworks in any form of profit making such as reselling, NFT, as a content for view that can generate money, making goods, etc is prohibited. If you need my commissions for commercial use please inform me beforehand.

  • Clients have a right to publish and use their commissions for any personal use.

  • Altering without my permission is prohibited.

  • I reserve the right to use my artwork as a commission sample and online portfolio or post a WIP along the process in resize and watermarked version. If you don't want me to post it online or have a specific date to post (for example as a celebration) or don't want me to post any WIP online, please let me know.

  • After the commission has been done and I receive a full payment. I won't do anything without permission granted by my client. However, if I want to do anything. I'll contact my client first.

Estimate time and Deadline

  • I will start working after I receive a full payment.

  • Commission work may varies from days to months. I'll keep you update along the process.

  • Extra fee will charge if the deadline is rush.

Payment

  • Always have your payment/funds ready.

  • I'll accept you payment once THE SKETCH HAS BEEN CONFIRMED in full payment. 

  • Partial payment will be accept if the commission price is over 250$, please inform me beforehand If you want partial payment. I'll send you a finish version only when I get the full payment.

      For Foreigner Clients

  • I receive payment by stripe or buy me a coffee

  • Payment in USD onlyFor Thai clients

 

     For Thai Clients

  • I receive payment by stripe or Local bank

  • 1 USD = 30 THB

Refund

  • You are not eligible for a full refund if a commission has been either start or finish and has been delivered.

  • If you choose to cancel your commission during the process, partial refund will be depending on the progress of the work that has been done.

Other notice

  • I'll only read your commission information once your queue has been reach so feel free to change/adjust anytime.

  • I'm not a full-time artist so I may take longer time to finish your commission than average full-time artist. You can change your commission brief/request anytime before I done your sketch. Any change after first sketch, a fee will be charge.

  • I have the right to decline your commission request if I'm uncomfortable with the contents.

  • Bullet point information are preferred if possible.

  • Visual reference are also preferred. You can address you character gear set name as well if they from any game setting.

  • Please do not send non work relate topic as I do reference back to dms for work details
